If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We follow a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date to start the return process. To be eligible for a return: • The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any issues — like a damaged item or something different from what you ordered — contact us immediately so we can help fix the problem.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once we accept the return, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your money will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
